Asesinó a su hijastra de 4 años, le dieron 83 años de prisión
ESTADO DE MÉXICO. - Israel Eslava Rodríguez recibió una sentencia de 83 años de prisión por el asesinato de una niña de cuatro años, tras golpearla en el estómago con un palo. la menor era la hija de su pareja sentimental. Accesozac.
Debido a las lesiones provocadas, la menor fue trasladada a un hospital cercano para recibir atención médica, pero, horas más tarde perdió la vida.
Los hechos ocurrieron el 4 de mayo del año pasado en un domicilio de la colonia México Nuevo, del municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza.
Ante este acontecimiento, el Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) inició una carpeta de investigación por el delito de feminicidio.
Tras las diligencias realizadas por personal de la Fiscalía se determinó que la víctima sufría el Síndrome de Kempe, también conocido como Síndrome del Niño Maltratado
Gracias a los datos recabados y las diversas investigaciones, el representante social solicitó a un Juez librar una orden de aprehensión en su contra, mismo que fue cumplimentado días después por elementos de la Policía de Investigación.
Israel fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, donde un Juez lo vinculó a proceso y le dictó una condena de 83 años y cuatro meses de prisión, así como multas de 434 mil y un millón 870 mil 479 pesos como reparación del daño moral y 129 mil 500 pesos por concepto de psicoterapia para los familiares de la víctima.
