A las mujeres que hayan sufrido una violación sexual podrán acceder al aborto hasta los cinco meses de gestación.
Le Congreso de la CDMX, aprobó esta nueva Ley de Salud , en la que se detalla que las mujeres víctimas de violación, decidirán, si así lo desean, acudir a un hospital para que se les practique el aborto.
Esta nueva ley, establece que los hospitales estan obligados a practicar el aborto a una mujer que asegure haber sido víctima de violación, bastará sólo con que lo mencione, y no será necesario que presente algún tipo denuncia para acceder al procedimiento.
Esto significa que de ahora en adelante, cualquier mujer que afirme haber sido víctima de violación, podrá realizarse un aborto hasta la semana 20 de gestación sin ser castigada.
La nueva Ley de Salud también acordó que, en caso de ser una mujer menor a 12 años de edad que solicite un aborto por violación, únicamente deberá presentar una solicitud firmada por alguno de sus padres o tutores.
El dictamen quedó asentado, después de varias horas de debate en las que algunos integrantes del PAN presentaron reservas para tirar el dictamen que se añadió como el artículo 6, fracción XXV de la nueva Ley de Salud de la Ciudad de México
